I’m a bit of a worrier about overworking women.
When I’m doing work that involves my body and I’m dealing with other people’s emotions, I’m always concerned about the health of the workers, and I worry about their well-being.
As an entrepreneur, I have to be constantly on the lookout for ways to keep workers happy and productive, and so far I’ve come up with the perfect solution for this.
My secret is to avoid the “I’ll do it” attitude.
Instead, I encourage the employee to “let go.”
When they let go of their anxiety and get back to their work, I feel more empowered to listen and make the right decisions.
If you are a busy woman who doesn’t feel like she’s working as hard as you think, the solution is simple.
Find ways to make sure your coworkers feel happy and get their needs met, and then get back at them by doing your best.
When a busy person does that, they are less likely to leave.
That’s a win-win! Read more.
